Drum days and shows are very unique events. Dumfries Drum Day continues the tradition of these events by showcasing top Scottish drummers, local young drummers playing with the live band, running education sessions, inviting along trade stands and a fastest drummer competition.

Yes, we have multiple ticket options available. For the Drum Day under adult tickets at 16+ while discounted child tickets are for under 16s. Anyone 16+ requires an adult ticket. Tickets are required for the evening gig where under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. We also sell combo tickets to both events where you can save money.

We encourage everyone to have a go at this, drummer or not! Entries are limited to one per person due to the volume of entries. Winners get their name up on the website and announced on the day for bragging rights!

We use the platform Zeffy as there are zero ticketing fees for you, or for us! There’s the option on the main ticketing page to add a donation. We keep 100% of this donation which goes directly to next year’s event.

On the summary page Zeffy automatically add an optional 17% contribution for their platform. If you do not wish to pay this just click the dropdown and set it to “other” which removes any contribution to their platform.
